DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:ABSTRACT: As we approach toward exascale, resilience and power-efficiency are anticipated to be one of the most critical challenges to overcome. While we have made significant advances in terms of theoretical research, development and adoption of practical tools in this area are still in their adolescence. Therefore, goal of this BoF is to brainstorm about what benchmarking and system monitoring tools we need to develop and deploy as a community (from HPC application developers to HPC system operation teams). Outcomes from this BoF, desired hardware or architecture support, will be disseminated to influence the technology road-map of vendors.
