Space Available for Meetings and Functions
SC14 has arranged for function space in 13 hotels located within walking distance of the Convention Center or the SC bus route along Canal Street. This space will be made available to contracted SC14 Exhibitors, on a priority points basis, in January, 2014. If a company also submits a sleeping room block request (see Exhibitor Housing page), we will attempt to locate as many of those rooms as possible within the same hotel. Function space obtained in this way involves no charge for space rental (since it is covered by the SC14 contracts), but it is expected that the exhibitor will purchase catering and/or AV through the hotel.
Remember that SC-arranged function space is popular. Most of the “best” locations will be allocated in February, so plan to get your requests in on time!
