Housing for Exhibitor Sleeping Room Blocks
SC14 hotels are located in downtown New Orleans, with thousands of rooms within walking distance of the Convention Center or the Conference bus route along Canal Street. The Conference assists exhibitors who need blocks of 10+ rooms through a special early-request process. Companies holding signed agreements with SC14 are invited to submit early sleeping room block requests by the end of January. Sleeping room blocks are assigned to those companies in February, according to their accumulated exhibitor priority points.
Reservations are now closed. Be sure to reserve early for next year
SC14 has only one authorized contractor for arranging hotel rooms: Orchid Event Solutions (OES). The Conference is not responsible for hotels or rates offered by travel agents or other organizations who say they are speaking on behalf of SC14. To avoid potential problems with your reservation, please be sure to use the forms distributed by OES (request forms from the email address below).
