Sunday, November 16
Exhibitor’s Reception
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm CT                   
Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, Bus departures from Lobby I
SC14 will host an Exhibitors Party at Audubon Aquarium of the Americas for registered exhibitors. The party is SC14’s way of thanking exhibitors for their participation and support of the conference. The party will feature local band Creole String Beans, access to all the displays and exhibits at the aquarium, and a showcase of local food and drinks throughout the facility. Transportation will be provided from Lobby I of the convention center starting at 5:45 p.m. An Exhibitor badge or a guest ticket, and government-issued photo ID are required to attend this event. 
 
Monday, November 17
Gala Opening Reception
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm CT
Exhibit Halls G-J
SC14 will host its annual Grand Opening Gala in the Exhibit Hall. This will be your first opportunity to see the latest high performance computing, networking, storage, analysis, and research products, services, and innovations. This event is open to all Technical Program, Exhibitors and HPCI registrants
 
Tuesday, November 18
Poster Reception
5:15 pm – 7:00 pm CT
New Orleans Theater Lobby
The SC14 Posters Committee has carefully hand-selected 76 regular and educational posters and 23 ACM Student Research Competition (SRC) posters for the SC14 Poster Session. The event will kick-off with a Poster Reception at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18th, where technical program attendees will have the opportunity to engage in open discussion with poster authors while enjoying light foods and drinks.
 
Thursday, November 20
Technical Program Conference Reception
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm CT                   
The Sugar Mill
The reception is intended to give the Technical Program attendees a chance to network and collaborate in a relaxed setting. Join us for a taste of New Orleans street food, local beverages, and entertainment. A Technical Program badge, event ticket, and government-issued photo ID are required to attend this event. Attendees are required to wear technical program badges throughout the reception, and badges may be checked during the event. The Sugar Mill is within walking distance of the convention center.
